Autodesk Autocad 2015 For Mac Can Only Be Installed On System Drive Formatted With Journaled Hfs+10/25/2019
The disk drive in the system is formatted with a file system other than 'Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Starting with Mac OS 10.5, the default file system is HFS+ or 'Mac OS Extended (Journaled).' This is the only file system on which AutoCAD for Mac 2011 through 2017 will run. The following formats are not supported and will cause launch failure. I am trying to install Autocad 2015 in my Mac using yosemite 10.10.1 and it tells me that the filesystem is incompatible yet the disk is formatted as Mac OS Extended Journaled.

What I do not understand Are you having trouble understanding the disk format that is required to install your AutoCAD? If you search for Disk Utility on your Mac, it will show you your current drive format.
If you have already applied the update to High Sierra, then you will have to install the latest build of or consider joining the for the pre-release of AutoCAD for Mac 2018. Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
I too am getting this dialog when attempting to install: 'Autodesk AutoCAD 2015 for Mac can only be installed on System drive formatted with Journaled HFS+ (Mac OS Extended Journaled) file system.' My machine is using running 10.10.3 (14D136) with FileVault so the Fle System description is: Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive, Journaled, Encrypted) Is there a work-around that does not involve ceasing to use FileVault?
